We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated Support Planner who can demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing those affected by homelessness. You will join a close-knit and loyal team who all bring their own strengths to the service.

Hours are 8am to 4pm with 1 in 5 weeks being on late shifts and having to work 1 weekend in 4. As some of our dispersed housing is not accessible by public transport, you will likely need to drive for this role. We can discuss it with you if you don’t but there will be travel involved.
