Framework Housing Association, the lead provider of drug and alcohol treatment within Nottingham City, is offering a unique opportunity to work within a specialised in‑patient detox service.

The role is permanently part‑time, 24 hours a week, split over shifts with occasional weekend work. It is based in the Level, a CQC‑registered facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑standard care and support to service users.
  • Facilitate evidence‑based therapeutic interventions within a structured programme of recovery.
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users.
  • Document all interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work from a trauma‑informed standpoint and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team and attend routine team meetings.

About You

  • Ability to form relationships quickly, build trust and rapport.
  • Professional boundaries maintained consistently.
  • Timely and professional documentation of all interactions.
  • Consistent trauma‑informed approach to practice.
