My client, an award-winning artisan chocolate company, is looking to fill a newly created role of Food Quality Assurance Technician / QA to join their Dorset-based team. Reporting into the Technical Manager, you will help ensure their products, chocolates, brownies, and gelato meet high food safety and quality standards, supporting audits, HACCP, inspections, testing, traceability, and continuous improvement across production.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food quality / QA
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Good communication, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills
- Auditing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Monday-Friday with weekend availability
