We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Working across technical information, specifications, suppliers, labelling and customer requirements, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products and documentation are accurate, up to date and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain raw material, packaging and finished product specifications.
  • Review and maintain supplier technical information, approvals and documentation.
  • Maintain HACCP, technical and food safety documentation.
  • Respond to customer and supplier technical queries, providing clear and timely solutions.
  • Develop and maintain specifications for new and existing products.
  • Manage technical information across relevant customer and specification systems.
  • Review labels and artwork against current food labelling requirements.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in a QA or Technical role within food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of technical specifications, supplier approval and food labelling.
  • Understanding of HACCP, food safety and BRCGS standards.
  • A Food Science, Food Technology or related qualification would be advantageous, particularly alongside relevant industry experience.
