About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, BRC-accredited food manufacturer looking to recruit an experienced

Production Supervisor to join their expanding team in Tiverton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious production professional with experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You'll play a key role in leading production operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.
  • Lead and support production teams to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance remain the highest priority.
  • Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with BRC and company standards.
  • Promote effective cross-departmental communication and teamwork.
  • Coach, train, and develop production staff to maximise performance.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • A good understanding of BRC standards and working within an audited manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • A hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
  • Experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
