We're looking for an experienced

Senior Process Development Technologist to join our NPD team and lead the journey from concept to commercial production.

Working closely with Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative products, optimising manufacturing processes and ensuring successful product launches.

What You'll Do

  • Lead process development from concept through to factory launch.
  • Plan and manage factory trials, first productions and product launches.
  • Optimise manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency and consistency.
  • Produce accurate trial documentation, specifications and reports.
  • Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Coordinate sensory evaluations and shelf-life assessments.
  • Champion food safety, quality and Health & Safety standards.

About You

You'll have

  • A Food Science, Food Technology or related qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in food manufacturing or process development.
  • Experience managing NPD or process development projects.
  • HACCP Level 2 or 3 qualification.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for food innovation.
