We're looking for an ambitious Production Supervisor to join a fast-growing, BRC-accredited food manufacturer in Tiverton.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and seasonal production Lead production teams to deliver KPIs, targets and customer requirements Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives Ensure food safety, quality and compliance remain non-negotiable Maintain BRC audit readiness and site standards Work closely with Warehouse, Technical and other departments Coach, motivate and develop production teams Identify performance issues and implement practical solutions Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed Create a positive culture focused on quality, accountability and teamwork WHAT YOU'LL BRING We're looking for someone who combines strong leadership with a hands-on approach.
You'll ideally have: Previous supervisory or management experience in food, drink or FMCG manufacturing Experience working within a BRC / audited manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production planning, KPIs and operational performance Excellent people management and communication skills A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams Good knowledge of Health & Safety Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement The ability to stay calm, organised and decisive under pressure WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
