Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:45pm – 6:15am

We’re recruiting an experienced Night Hygiene Manager to lead my client's night operations within a busy food manufacturing site near Shepton Mallet. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for production performance, quality, safety, and team management during night shifts. My client is looking for a person with CIP knowledge and an excellent people person. This role has come about due to an internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage night production teams
  • Deliver KPIs across quality, cost, and service
  • Ensure compliance with BRC, GMP, and food safety standards
  • Manage staffing, performance, and shift handovers
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
