An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a growing FMCG food manufacturing and food subscription business in Somerset. This role is ideal for a Supply Chain professional with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, procurement, logistics, forecasting, and supplier management who is looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced and expanding business.

As the successful Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain operation, working closely with suppliers, farmers, butchers, production, and operations teams to ensure excellent service, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand forecasting and supply planning
  • Manage procurement and supplier relationships
  • Oversee logistics, fulfilment, and stock management
  • Ensure food quality and UK food safety compliance
