Production Supervisor
Location: Tiverton
Salary: £30000- £35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday | Days
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, BRC-accredited food manufacturer looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join their expanding team in Tiverton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious production professional with experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in leading production operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.
- Lead and support production teams to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance remain the highest priority.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with BRC and company standards.
- Promote effective cross-departmental communication and teamwork.
- Coach, train, and develop production staff to maximise performance.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- A good understanding of BRC standards and working within an audited manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.

- Experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
