Pay: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 07:00 – 15:30, Monday to Friday

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly, small team within a busy food manufacturing environment in Castle Cary.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work, with the potential to become a permanent member of the team following a successful temporary period.
The Role
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Working as part of a small and friendly production team
- Assisting with the preparation and production of food products
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Packing and checking finished products
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Carrying out general production duties as required
What We're Looking For
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
- Good attendance and punctuality
