Customer Technical Administrator Location: Ditcheat, Somerset (Site Based) Salary: 28,000 32,000 per annum We re looking for a Customer Quality Technologist or Technical Administrator to join my clients Quality team at their Ditcheat site. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing, specifications, artwork or technical administration, or for a Food Science / Food Technology/ Nutrition graduate with some industry experience who is looking to develop a career in food quality. The Role - You ll support the Customer Quality Manager by: Preparing and maintaining product specifications. Managing artwork approvals. Completing customer questionnaires and responding to quality queries. Preparing QA documentation and maintaining quality records. Carrying out packaging checks, hygiene inspections and internal audits. Supporting compliance with food safety, quality and retailer standards. About You - You ll have: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a food manufacturing or technical environment is desirable, along with knowledge of specifications, artwork or retailer portals, although full training will be provided.
