We're looking for a proactive Technical Support Manager to join our growing manufacturing team.
This is a varied role that sits at the heart of New Product Development, combining technical, packaging, quality, and project coordination responsibilities.
Whether your background is in cosmetics, personal care, packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
The Role You'll support the delivery of new and existing product development projects while ensuring products, packaging, and technical documentation meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinating New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD).
Producing and maintaining product specifications and technical documentation.
Managing packaging specifications and artwork approvals.
Coordinating product trials, testing, and product launches.
Supporting cosmetic Production Information Files (PIFs) and regulatory documentation.
Working closely with Quality, Production, and Technical teams to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
Supporting audits, raw material documentation, competitor analysis, and validation activities.
About You You may currently be working as a Development & Process Manager, Packaging Technology Manager, Packaging Development Manager, NPD Technologist, Technical Coordinator, Product Development Technologist, Quality & Technical Specialist, Technical Officer or in a similar technical role within cosmetics, personal care, packaging, FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing.
You'll also bring: Experience managing technical documentation, specifications or packaging data.
Knowledge of NPD, product launches or process improvement.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative approach, working effectively with Quality, Production, Operations and Commercial teams.
