Job Description Production Supervisor Location: TivertonSalary: £30000- £35,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday | DaysAbout the Role Our client is a fast-growing, BRC-accredited food manufacturer looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join their expanding team in Tiverton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious production professional with experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in leading production operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance. Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.
Lead and support production teams to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations. Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance remain the highest priority.
Coach, train, and develop production staff to maximise performance. Previous supervisory or management experience within a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment. A good understanding of BRC standards and working within an audited manufacturing environment. A hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing teams. Excellent communication and people management skills. Experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
