You will join a growing team and have a meaningful impact on our patients and customers. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Wallingford (OX10 9SJ).
What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving and Put-Away
- Order Picking
- Shipping and Loading
- Inventory Management - Digital Warehouse Management system
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Safety and Compliance
- Teamwork and Communication
What we need from you:
- Ability to work on site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, 5 days per week
- Proven ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Warehouse experience is desirable.
Additional information:
- Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment, with cold storage rooms, which may include varying temperatures and noise levels.
- PPE must be worn within the warehouse.
- May require working occasional extra evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs - overtime rate given.
- You will be required to work one weekend day each week.
