You will partner closely with leaders across the business
- initially focused on Commercial & Growth, with broad exposure across the org.

We are office-first, based in Borough, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.What you'll doOwn LTV/CAC analysis across clinical pathways and geographies, building the analytical foundation that drives acquisition investment decisionsPartner with the Growth team to evaluate, allocate and optimise paid media capital
- building rigorous frameworks to assess channel performance, marginal returns, and portfolio-level spend efficiencyBuild and stress-test business cases for new strategic investments, from entering new geographies to launching clinical pathways, synthesising commercial, financial and operational inputs into clear go/no-go recommendationsDrive capital allocation decisions across the P&L
