We are seeking a Strategy & Ops Manager – Clinical to spearhead the strategy and execution of our patient experience operations. In this role, you will take on end-to-end ownership and accountability for driving impactful projects aimed at enhancing our patients\’ journey and ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

This is an ideal role for generalists who want to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage our operations to improve the patient experience.

What you\’ll do

• Solve problems: Collaborate with diverse teams across MANUAL to identify and address operational challenges, focusing on building, launching, and scaling efficient processes.
• Build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches to enhance patient satisfaction, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and optimize solutions.
• Take end-to-end project ownership: Manage projects from inception to execution, including strategic planning, implementation, and performance reporting.
• Drive operational excellence: Lead efforts to instill best practices within patient-facing teams, driving efficiencies and elevating service standards.
• Learn and iterate: Assess operational and financial impacts of initiatives, leveraging insights to improve strategies over time.

What we need from you

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related fields.
• Experience in analytics, building financial models, and defining performance metrics.
• Bias for action with a track record of leading initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in cross-functional teams.
• Ability as a generalist to develop overarching strategy and delve into specific issues for continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, tech, marketing, finance, and legal.
• University degree in business or quantitative fields.
