We’re looking for a curious, creative, and highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to launch, test, and scale our acquisition channels. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our performance marketing engine—designing experimentation roadmaps, systematically identifying opportunities, and validating what truly drives growth. You’ll have significant autonomy to test and learn with minimal constraints, while building the frameworks and systems that connect performance strategies across multiple products, categories, and user journeys. This is a hybrid role, based three days per week in our London HQ.
What You’ll Do
- Set the performance marketing standard – Ensure our core performance channels are set up and optimised to best‑in‑class standards across multiple products and funnels, continuously raising the bar on execution and results.
- Own the experimentation pipeline – Build and run a rigorous, high‑velocity experimentation framework to identify, prioritise, and execute tests across both core and emerging acquisition channels.
- Drive full‑funnel strategies – Design and execute tests across the entire customer journey – from awareness and acquisition through to activation and downstream performance to determine how we can keep growing now and later.
- Champion disciplined measurement – Define clear “kill or scale” criteria for every experiment. Use geo‑lift testing, incrementality measurement, and cohort analysis to understand true channel impact beyond last‑touch attribution.
- Partner cross‑functionally – Collaborate closely with data to design robust experiments, creative to develop bespoke assets, product to build and optimise landing experiences, and finance to model potential outcomes and ROI.
Who You Are
- You bring strong experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition within a fast‑growing tech or DTC company, with direct experience launching and scaling channels like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube and others.
- You are hypothesis‑driven and deeply analytical, with the ability to evaluate channel effectiveness beyond traditional attribution models.
- You’re a T‑shaped marketer with broad experience across channels, and deep, hands‑on technical expertise in one or two—ideally paid social and/or search, display.
- You’re resourceful and biased to action, able to get experiments live quickly and creatively without waiting for perfect playbooks or infrastructure.
- You’re fluent in data analysis, with strong proficiency in tools like Looker or Tableau and Excel/Google Sheets. Basic SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
- You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with failure, treating unsuccessful tests as valuable learning opportunities.
- You’re an excellent project manager, capable of juggling multiple experiments and stakeholders simultaneously without losing momentum.
- You’re a compelling communicator who can translate complex data into clear narratives that influence decisions and secure buy‑in for new initiatives.
We are destigmatising how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics and a holistic range of treatments, as well as a community to help proactively improve one’s health and wellbeing.
