We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations – Obesity to take ownership of top priority initiatives in one of the most impactful categories in our business. This person will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our obesity offering – improving the patient journey, refining our commercial and product approach, and driving sustainable growth in this fast-evolving space.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives across pricing strategy, product enhancements, commercial definition, and partnerships – all with a laser focus on improving the lives of our patients. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply customer-obsessed, data-driven, and excited about building one of the most compelling propositions in the obesity treatment space.
What You\’ll Do
- Solve strategic problems: Use first-principles thinking to diagnose root causes and define bold solutions across the obesity category, from acquisition to long-term patient engagement.
- Customer obsession: Regularly engage with patients to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. You will be the voice of the customer in every obesity-related initiative.
- Define and execute commercial strategy: Own pricing, margin, and commercial levers for the obesity business. Identify opportunities to increase LTV and improve patient outcomes.
- Drive product and feature improvements: Collaborate with product, clinical, and tech teams to define and ship enhancements that address patient feedback and drive measurable impact.
- Lead partnerships: Explore and deliver strategic partnerships to complement our obesity care pathway – including diagnostics, lifestyle support, or pharmacological innovations.
- Build with precision: Operate at both strategic and executional levels – from shaping category vision to owning implementation plans with high attention to detail.
- Instil operational excellence: Build scalable systems and processes that deliver high-quality, cost-efficient care at scale.
- Learn and iterate: Translate data into insights and rapidly act on learnings to improve our approach.
What We Need From You
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or growth, ideally in healthcare, consumer, or digital businesses.
- Proven experience launching or scaling customer-facing initiatives, with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Strong commercial acumen – you’re confident with pricing strategy, financial models, and defining performance metrics.
- Deep empathy for patients and passion for delivering exceptional, human-centred healthcare experiences.
- Experience running cross-functional initiatives across product, clinical, marketing, and legal teams.
- Familiarity with recent AI developments and their application to operational or care delivery improvements is a plus.
- Clear, structured communicator and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
