We\’re seeking a Product Manager, Website & Marketing Tools to own and evolve our website experience and marketing technology stack. This role is critical to driving patient acquisition, conversion, and engagement through exceptional digital experiences. You\’ll be responsible for our design system, website optimization, and the tools that power our marketing efficiency across multiple markets.

You\’ll be responsible for our design system, website optimization, and the tools that power our marketing efficiency across multiple markets.
You\’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and growth marketing. You\’ll lead initiatives to improve conversion rates, enhance user experience, maintain design consistency, and build scalable marketing tools that support our ambitious growth targets across multiple geographies.
What you’ll be doing
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for website design and website tools
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience on the website and marketing efficiency
Product Execution
- Work with design teams to establish scalable design patterns, components, and guidelines
- Optimize marketing technology stack for efficiency, performance, and scalability
- Lead initiatives to improve marketing team productivity through better tools and automation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and enhance marketing platforms and capabilities
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish key metrics and KPIs for website performance, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency
- Analyze data & conduct user research to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with growth, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive patient experiences
- Work with design teams to optimize information architecture and user journeys
- Collaborate with international teams to adapt experiences for different markets and categories
What we need from you
Essential Experience
- 3-5 years of product management experience, owning the vision and strategy in tech first organisations
- Experience working with design, data, metrics, and analytics
- Background in design, website development, marketing technology, growth tools, or customer acquisition products
Essential Skills & Competencies
- An eye for design coupled with strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Project management experience with ability to drive initiatives from conception to delivery
- Lead and influence effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
- Apply a customer-first philosophy and data-driven decision-making skills to all initiatives
- Demonstrate exceptional resilience and problem-solving skills to address complex, evolving challenges
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards and competing demands
Essential Technical Proficiency
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, roadmapping tools)
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
- Understanding of modern web technologies, CMS platforms, marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with telehealth or digital healthcare platforms
- Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing technology roles
- Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and design system management
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and multi-touch attribution models
