Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the customer conversion funnel across channels and products.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests, to improve conversion, upsell, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and test pricing models, subscription plans, and promotional strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights, track key growth metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
- Ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience while balancing business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and patient behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, conversion optimisation, or monetisation strategies.
- Experience in high-growth digital businesses; healthtech or telehealth experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in experimentation design, A/B testing, and interpreting quantitative data to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour, acquisition funnels, and monetisation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
