At MANUAL, data should do more than describe the past. It should shape what we do next. As Product Analytics Manager, you\’ll lead the function that drives product growth through insight, experimentation, and clarity on what matters most.
You\’ll build and scale a high-performing analytics team embedded within our product squads. This team will play a key role in influencing product direction, validating ideas, and uncovering new opportunities to grow engagement and retention.
You\’ll sit at the heart of our product-led growth strategy. Helping us understand how users activate, engage with insights, and return. Your work will directly inform how we prioritise, iterate, and measure success.
This is a leadership role focused on building a world-class analytics function across people, processes, and tooling. You\’ll define how data powers decision-making across the product organisation and ensure analytics is a key lever for product strategy at MANUAL.
What you\’ll be doing
- Own and evolve our product analytics strategy, architecture and roadmap
- Build and maintain scalable, well-documented processes powering business-critical reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand data needs across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Champion best practices in testing, version control, and documentation
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring trust in our data
- Mentor and grow a high-performing product analytics team
- Drive adoption of self-serve analytics by enabling stakeholders with clean, well-structured tooling and dashboards
What we need from you
- 8+ years\’ experience in product analytics, data modelling, or a similar role
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining robust product metrics frameworks (e.g., activation, retention, engagement, funnel analysis).
- Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable product analytics infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
- A proactive mindset and a desire to take full ownership of the data layer
- Experience leading or mentoring other analysts is a plus
