We are hiring a People & Talent Partner to join our pharmacy with 3 days per week on-site in Verda Park, Wallingford. You will help shape the heart of our operations - supporting the team responsible for dispatching thousands of orders every day to our patients across the UK.
From hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, and day-to-day people support, you will be the go-to person for our pharmacy team. You will have plenty of ownership to shape our People processes, working with pharmacy leadership and our wider People team.
What you’ll do
- People Partnering
- Act as the primary People partner for the pharmacy team, providing day-to-day support including ER, wellbeing, performance and retention.
- Support and coach managers on performance management, career development, and feedback conversations.
- Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring for the team including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Support Workers, Dispensers.
- Advertising roles and managing the pipeline of direct applicants, encouraging & managing referrals and engaging with the local community to hire top talent.
Who you are
- 3+ years in a generalist HR/People Partner role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven experience in employee relations and organisational development.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with and managing internal stakeholders, employees and candidates.
- Experience with hiring including screening CVs, interviewing and working with an ATS (we use Teamtailor).
