What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end production across shoots, edits and content delivery — from brief to publish
- Manage production schedules, shoot logistics, talent, locations and budgets
- Brief and coordinate across the creative team — editors, videographers, designers and motion designers
- Work closely with creative strategy and growth to ensure content is on brief and delivered on time
- Source and manage freelancers, creators and production partners as needed
- Build and maintain production workflows, asset management systems and approval processes
- Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and problem‑solve in real time on set and off
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of production experience in a social‑first, content or creative environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Basic knowledge of social content formats across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Experience briefing and managing creative talent — editors, videographers, designers
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a calm head under pressure
- Budget management experience
- A builder mindset — comfortable creating structure where there isn’t any yet
