Voy is looking for a talented and creatively driven Videographer & Video Editor to join our in‐house team. Video sits at the heart of how we communicate our brand, explain complex healthcare topics and drive growth across paid and organic channels. This role will be central to producing high‐impact, social‐first video that connects with audiences and drives action.

You will work closely with our in‐house production, creative and growth teams to bring Voy's mission and medical expertise to life through compelling visual storytelling. From shooting and lighting to editing and delivering multiple performance‐ready versions, you will play a key role in turning insights into video content that stops thumbs, builds trust and helps more people access better healthcare.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, shoot and edit high‐quality, social‐first video content designed to perform across paid and organic channels.
  • Collaborate with the in‐house production team to maximise each shoot, capturing content that can be repurposed and tested across multiple formats and placements.
  • Deliver performance‐ready edits including colour grading, sound design, captioning and basic motion graphics.
  • Create multiple cut‐downs, hooks and variations optimised for different platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Translate complex or sensitive healthcare topics into clear, engaging and human visual stories.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing and growth teams to develop video aligned with campaign goals and performance insights.
  • Organise and manage video assets to ensure footage, edits and project files remain accessible for future testing and iteration.
  • Contribute new creative ideas and stay up to date with evolving video, social and paid media trends.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years' experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating social‐first or performance‐driven content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cameras (Sony FX6, FX3 or A7S III), along with lighting and audio fundamentals.
  • A sharp creative eye for composition, pacing, colour and visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of how video performs across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Comfortable working with UGC and patient‐filmed footage while maintaining high production standards.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‐quality work at speed.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working cross‐functionally in a fast‐paced environment.

Healthcare is broken. We are fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men’s health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we are on a mission to prove there’s a better way.

In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).

Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
