Overview
In this Strategy & Operations Associate role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve clinical operations and care delivery. You’ll work with clinicians, product, data, and operations leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that boost efficiency and scalability. You will translate data insights into actionable plans and help shape care delivery models. This is a mission-driven, fast-paced role with meaningful impact on patient outcomes and operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives across operations, including process improvement, resource planning, and scaling care models
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical teams to align and execute initiatives
- Design and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for clinical operations
Key requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, generalist operations, or similar fast-paced environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders
- Self-starter with bias to action; proactive and resourceful
- Comfort thriving in ambiguity and rapid evolution of a mission-driven setting
- Familiarity with Looker or SQL (bonus) and data visualization/analysis tools
