Overview
In this role you drive the setup and scaling of new operational teams in freshly launched markets, ensuring patient care remains central. You collaborate across care, commercial, product, and operations to design processes, tools, and teams from day one. You analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, turning insights into actionable leadership recommendations. You build repeatable playbooks to accelerate future country launches, and you may travel to support in-market activities. This is a hands-on, high-impact position in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operating structures for new markets, from workflows to team setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes, tools, and people are ready from launch
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations
- Create scalable operational processes that maintain quality and patient care during rapid growth
- Own KPI tracking and leadership reporting for new markets
- Develop repeatable playbooks and frameworks to speed up future country launches
- Occasional travel to support in-market launch phases
Key requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with bias to action and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving settings
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-market launches
- Familiarity with Looker, SQL or other data visualization/analysis tools is a bonus
