Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels to drive conversion and retention. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to design automated flows, run A/B tests, and write compelling copy tailored to audience segments. You will leverage data to measure impact and continuously improve ROAS and lifecycle metrics. This position offers direct ownership of growth initiatives and the opportunity to scale Lifecycle as a core channel within Voy’s growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to drive leads, first-time buyers, reactivation, and long-term retention
- Build and optimise automated flows and trigger-based campaigns using customer behaviour data
- Own end-to-end A/B testing across Lifecycle channels and apply learnings to improve CVR
- Write high-impact copy for various segments and funnel stages
- Track performance in Looker, Metabase, and Mixpanel and identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to translate data into segmentation and targeting strategies
- Document best practices, build repeatable templates, and improve operational efficiency across campaigns

- Experience building in Lifecycle platforms (e.g., Customer.io or similar) across email, SMS, push, and in-app
- Strong copywriting ability for different segments, funnel stages, and channel formats
