Overview
You join a brand-new social-first content team to own and scale post-production for performance-ready assets across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role you’ll oversee the post-production process end-to-end, guiding an expanding group of editors and collaborating with producers and creative strategists. You’ll implement structure, targets, and pacing to boost output and quality while directly influencing growth of performance creative capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full post-production process for video edits, including shoots and UGC content
- Manage a team of 6+ editors (in-house, contractors, freelancers) with oversight and coordination
- Translate shoot production briefs into actionable edit briefs
- Allocate editors weekly based on capacity and provide first-line feedback
- Set pacing targets and improve speed-to-output and overall quality of post-production
- Collaborate with production to increase ad volume by 25%+
Key requirements
- Seasoned video editor with project management experience or deep familiarity with the editing process
- Comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders (producers, creative strategists)
- Ability to manage a high volume of paid social assets from multiple sources (e.g., 100 assets per shoot)
- Strong familiarity with video editing processes; preferably experience with Premiere Pro
- Social-first experience and understanding of effective paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong cross-functional collaboration
