The Opportunity
Influencer marketing is at the heart of our strategy. We are now rapidly growing our UK Partnerships team. This role gives you the chance to shape our influencer strategy from the ground up, working with creators across health, sports, and lifestyle on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcast and Twitch. We're looking for authentic creators with engaged communities who will genuinely love our product.
In this role, you'll build the UK talent network and manage the full partnership lifecycle - from first contact and contract negotiation to ongoing relationship management. You'll set expectations, provide actionable performance feedback, and cultivate meaningful collaborations that drive growth in the UK.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow our UK influencer and creator network across YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle â from identifying and reaching out to creators, to negotiating contracts and managing long-term relationships.
- Execute and evolve a performance-driven influencer strategy tailored to the UK market.
- Establish meaningful, long-term partnerships with leading UK creators across health, sports and lifestyle.
- Create a bestâinâclass UK partnership programme that sets Voy apart from competitors and sponsors.
- Collaborate with creators and our internal creative team to deliver localised campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales.
- Set clear expectations, share performance insights, and provide actionable feedback to partners to continually improve results.
Who You Are
- Fluent in English and based in London (or open to relocating).
- Deeply plugged into the UK creator ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and Podcasts, with a strong understanding of trends and emerging talent.
- Commercially minded and confident negotiating partnerships that create value for both sides.
- Relationshipâfirst: you build trust quickly and maintain strong, longâterm professional partnerships.
- Proactive, resourceful and solutionsâoriented â you thrive in fastâpaced environments and take ownership.
- Genuinely excited by influencer marketing and the role creators play in building modern brands.
Healthcare is broken. We're fixing it â and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.
In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way). Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
