Overview

In this role you partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, Supply Chain, Operations and Clinical to drive decision-making and performance. You own the month-end close and support accurate management reporting, forecasting and strategic planning as the business scales. You collaborate with non-finance stakeholders and contribute to the group’s financial strategy. The position sits in an office-first environment in Borough, emphasizing cross-functional impact and scalable FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive top- and bottom-line performance
  • Support group-wide planning and ensure alignment of financial and strategic priorities
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs with KPIs, variance analysis and commentary
  • Assist month-end close, reconciliations, accruals and variance explanations
  • Improve FP&A processes, templates, controls and reporting systems to scale the function

Key requirements

  • 4+ years of FP&A or company planning experience in a growth-stage tech company
  • strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and challenge stakeholders
  • proactive, ownership-driven, and able to drive initiatives independently
  • excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels of stakeholders
  • ability to work in an unstructured environment and deliver high-quality work quickly
  • advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills
  • professional finance qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA) are advantageous but not required
