We're looking for a Director of Acquisition to own how Voy acquires new patients.
You'll run a multi-million-pound budget across every acquisition channel and the team who deploy it.
Voy supports over 2 million members across the UK, Germany, Brazil, India, and Poland.
You'll have full ownership from day one, a direct line to the executive team, and a mandate to keep us scaling beyond 10 figures ARR.
This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ.
What you'll do Own acquisition end to end: Manage the full acquisition budget across categories and channels.
Lead the channel teams: Manage and develop the team running paid social, paid search and our other channels. Set clear goals, give direct feedback, and raise the bar.
Decide where the budget goes: Set channel mix and budget allocation and back every call with data.
Scale creative testing: Work with our paid creative team to keep testing volume high and feed performance data back into what gets made next.
Open new channels: Build and run tests in TV, OOH, podcasts, influencers and partnerships, and scale the ones that pay back.
Own measurement: Set the standard for attribution and incrementality so we know what each channel adds and spend on that basis.
Partner cross-functionally: Work with brand, product, CRO and data on the full journey from first impression to paying customer.
Who you are7+ years leading acquisition or performance marketing, including taking a consumer brand from eight to ten figures in revenue.
You've owned a budget of 50M+ a year and answered for both volume and efficiency.
Expert in Meta and Google at scale, with working knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling.
A player-coach: you can set multi-quarter strategy and still go deep in a Meta campaign with a channel manager.
You've built and led channel teams, and the people who worked for you got better at their jobs.
You work at pace, decide with incomplete information, and stay calm when things get messy.
You can present to the C-suite and coach a junior manager in the same afternoon.
