We are looking to hire a Community Manager to scale our recently launched men’s health community. You will have full ownership over the community and will report to the General Manager of men’s health. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and build a men’s health community from scratch. If you like problem-solving and implementing transformative solutions, this role is for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Accelerate member growth in both the private patient space and the public-facing community.
- Increase engagement by fostering helpful, honest, and inspiring conversations.
- Moderate and support a safe, welcoming environment for all members.
- Host events — from expert AMAs and webinars to member meetups and men’s health centred in-person events.
- Onboard new members and ensure they get value from the community immediately.
- Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and organisations aligned with our mission.
- Represent the voice of the community internally — sharing insights to improve care, content, and the overall experience.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience building and managing online communities.
- Prior experience in email marketing and CRM.
- Strong communication skills — you write clearly, warmly, and in a human tone.
- Familiarity with platforms like Circle, Discord, Slack, Geneva, or similar.
- Comfort with hosting online events (video Q&As, panels, etc) and organizing in-person events.
- Passion for men’s health, wellness, or broader wellbeing themes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, clinical, and product teams.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and growth-focused.
