Overview
You will lead a high-performing clinical team to meet and exceed KPIs while driving improvements in operations, quality and safety. In this role you collaborate with product, quality and operations to optimize clinical workflows and patient experience. You’ll foster growth, coach clinicians, and scale processes in a fast-paced digital health environment. This position offers a chance to shape clinical governance and contribute to a growth-enabled healthcare scale-up.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of clinicians to achieve operational KPIs and SLAs
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching to boost engagement
- Drive process improvements and quality initiatives across clinical operations
- Analyze performance data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and refine SOPs to support scalability and compliance
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to inform product enhancements
- Represent the clinical team in cross-functional forums to share insights
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and wellbeing
Key requirements
- Registered Independent Prescriber with GPhC or NMC (V300)
- Proven leadership experience in clinical teams, ideally in digital health
- Track record of delivering against KPIs, SLAs and quality metrics
- Ability to drive measurable performance and quality improvements
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
