The business is scaling fast - $470m annualised revenue, growing >100% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil and Germany. This role will report to the Director of Finance & Strategy and will be part of a very lean, high-performing team. The candidate will be a business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Clinical, helping to drive decision making and performance. The team is also responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Development. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with and influencing non-finance stakeholders at the coal-face of the business, whilst engaging deeply in the broader financial strategy of the Group. We are an office-first company, based in Borough, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office.What you'll be doingPartnering closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical, spanning all clinical pathways, to help drive decision making and prioritisation - ultimately being responsible for driving overall top and bottom line business performanceBuilding business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the businessStrategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and driving capital allocation decisions between existing geographies and categories, as well as new betsGuiding key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business fast and efficientlyAssisting with Investor Relations and Corporate Development activitiesWhat we need from you4+ years of experience in an investment
