Plus, we've just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.We're looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Specialist Doctor to join our growing Voy Menopause team on a full-time basis.
*The RoleYou will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.Key responsibilities include:Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.Assessing patients and developing tailored, individualised treatment plans, including prescribing multiple forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), supplements, and innovative new products.Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.Actively participating in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and continuous clinical governance.Leading a squad of 5–6 doctors, responsible for training, mentoring, and performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team (optional, part of manager track only)
