We’re looking for a commercially-minded and relationship-driven influencer marketing manager to scale our global creator programme into a major performance channel. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our influencer strategy, transforming it from a brand-building exercise into a multi-million-pound revenue engine with a best-in-class approach to measurement and ROAS. This is a unique opportunity to blend the art of creator partnerships with the science of performance marketing. You will have a significant budget and the creative freedom to build authentic, long-term relationships with top-tier talent, while being held to the same rigorous standards of performance and efficiency as our core paid channels. This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute end-to-end campaigns – Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from identifying and vetting creators to negotiating contracts, managing creative briefs, and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Build a scalable creator network – Proactively source, recruit, and build lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of influencers, from micro-creators to celebrity-level talent, across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Own the channel P&L – Manage a seven-figure annual influencer budget, meticulously tracking spend and optimising for performance metrics including CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Implement performance-based structures – Design and negotiate innovative, performance-driven contracts (e.g. CPA, hybrid deals) to align creator incentives with our core business goals.
  • Champion rigorous measurement – Go beyond vanity metrics. Implement and manage our influencer marketing platform (e.g. Grin, Aspire) and work with the data team to track direct and assisted conversions, ensuring we have a clear view of the channel's ROI.
  • Manage creative and compliance – Oversee the content creation process, providing feedback to creators to ensure it is authentic, on-brand, high-performing, and compliant with all relevant advertising regulations.
  • Integrate and amplify – Work closely with the paid social and brand teams to amplify top-performing influencer content through paid channels and integrate creator stories into our broader marketing narratives.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of direct experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling programmes for a high-growth DTC or tech brand.
  • Commercially astute and data-driven. You have a deep understanding of performance metrics and have experience managing a channel to strict CAC or ROAS targets.
  • A strong negotiator and relationship builder. You are confident in managing contracts and have a natural ability to build rapport and trust with creators and their agents.
  • Expert user of at least one major influencer marketing platform (e.g. Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ) and proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Deeply immersed in the creator economy. You have your finger on the pulse of platform trends, know who the rising stars are, and can spot a great brand-creator fit from a mile away.
  • Meticulously organised and detail-oriented. You can flawlessly manage dozens of simultaneous campaigns and relationships.
  • An excellent communicator who can provide clear, constructive feedback to creators and report concisely on performance to internal stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker who understands what makes compelling, authentic content that drives action.
