Overview

In this role you will lead the creation of performance-driven, paid social and digital design that stops the scroll and drives action for a regulated healthcare brand. You will shape social-first concepts, oversee motion and art direction, and collaborate with Growth, Copy, and Creative Production to translate insights into bold, testable creative. You’ll manage end-to-end paid creative projects, maintain high craft and on-brand outputs, and contribute to efficient, iterative creative processes that scale. This is a chance to impact growth through design that blends brand with performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative thinking and execution for paid social and digital channels, producing static and motion-led design across product categories
  • Develop insight-led concepts that balance brand and performance and translate growth objectives into visual ideas
  • Own paid creative projects end-to-end from brief to delivery, iteration, and optimization
  • Maintain high design craft, ensuring assets are on-brand, platform-native, and performance-optimized
  • Lead art direction for still and motion content from concepting to shoot-day direction and post-production feedback
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Copywriters to turn insights into high-performing creative
  • Support creative testing roadmaps by producing multiple variations and iterations for rapid learning
  • Contribute to improving creative processes, collaboration, and workflow efficiency across teams

Key requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio in paid social, performance, or digital-first design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite experience desirable; After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus
  • Strong understanding of how creative performs across paid platforms, including formats and placements
  • Confident art-directing photography and video with strong composition, framing, and storytelling
  • Excellent typography, layout, and hierarchy for clear visual communication
  • Comfort designing for testing and iteration; belief that performance creative evolves through data and feedback
  • Clear, confident communicator with ability to collaborate across teams
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and how design impacts user behavior and conversion
