We are looking to hire a registered Clinical Advisor (nurses, pharmacists, paramedics etc.) to provide expert clinical guidance to patients via our digital telehealth platform. You will have a high level of clinical ownership and accountability and will report to the Clinical Team Lead. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast‑paced digital healthcare environment and manage high‑volume virtual consultations across multiple treatment pathways in order to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care at scale. Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality virtual consultations via live messaging and phone calls, providing evidence‑based guidance for weight loss, hair loss, and erectile dysfunction treatments.
- Apply clinical expertise to ensure patient safety while efficiently managing a high volume of consultations.
- Maintain exceptional standards of patient care while meeting service level agreements and efficiency targets.
- Balance efficiency with quality care across multiple patient interactions without compromising clinical standards.
- Communicate with empathy to support patients through challenging treatment experiences.
- Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and clinical protocols in a fast‑paced digital environment.
- Work independently with strong self‑management, prioritisation, and resilience in a demanding role.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a healthcare professional (nursing, pharmacy, dietetics, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of patient‑facing healthcare experience.
- Experience in telemedicine, digital healthcare, or remote patient consultations.
- Experience performing patient assessments or triage.
- Strong digital literacy and comfort with healthcare technology platforms.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions while maintaining quality care.
- Knowledge of weight management and/or men’s health conditions.
- Experience with patient prioritisation and efficient workflow management.
