Our client is an international B2B events business. This role sits within the marketing team and will be responsible for negotiating advertising/promotional space across both digital and print media with media partners and associations. The aim is to secure advertising opportunities - for example, banner placements on association websites or article features in media publications - in exchange for discounted or complimentary branding, exhibition, delegate, or sponsorship opportunities at our event.

In addition, the role will collaborate with the design team to create the required promotional collateral, so we’re ideally looking for someone with strong project management skills who can coordinate between external associations/media outlets and internal marketing and design teams to deliver these materials effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in partnerships, marketing or media sectors.
  • Events or exhibitions background is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strategic partnership development: you should be able to manage both existing relationships (≈ 60%) and build new ones (≈ 40%).
  • Strong negotiation skills (with regard to barter arrangements, sponsorship visibility, and contract terms).

This is an opportunity to shape and expand a key partnerships arm of our marketing effort, working across media, associations, and stakeholder organisations. You’ll be at the heart of strategy and execution, helping increase reach, registrations, and revenue through collaborative and high-impact partnerships.

Salary upon request. Please apply to receive more details.
