Our client is the number one community of mid-large cap healthcare CEOs and investors across EMEA, connecting the people shaping deal origination, innovation and patient access across the sector. They are looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to build and grow their community of Healthcare CEOs across Pharma, MedTech, Digital Health and beyond.
You will be:
- Running targeted campaigns to grow attendance and community membership
- Identifying and confirming CEO speakers, shaping content alongside them
- Onboarding CEOs and gathering insight to feed marketing and product strategy
- Facilitating meetings and warm introductions through partnerships and personal networks
- Collaborating with editorial on webinars, podcasts and interviews
You will need:
- 4+ years engaging or selling to C-level executives
- A background in B2B events, speaker recruitment, business development or marketing
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (LinkedIn, phone, email, referrals)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, telephone-first approach
- An interest in investing, finance and healthcare
- A curious, proactive, growth mindset
