Sales Manager required to sell exhibition sponsorship to the Tech vertical of streaming and on-demand services, telecommunications, cloud services, cyber security, VR, etc. This role will be responsible for developing new business, renewing and expanding existing accounts, and strengthening the value proposition of the content-focused exhibition area.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of new business prospects across priority technology sectors
- Drive exhibition sales, including renewals, expansions and new revenue
- Re-engage lapsed customers and develop opportunities from historic and adjacent exhibitors
- Identify and convert large strategic exhibitors to support long-term growth
- Generate new revenue from sectors including streaming, advertising technology, gaming, esports and immersive technology
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in new business development and relationship-led sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch new concepts clearly
- Proven experience in technology or exhibition sales (5+ years preferred)
- High level of organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel internationally
This role is almost fully remote, meeting up once per month in London. Salary up to £55,000 on the base with commission being £50,000. Please apply with your CV.
