We are seeking UK-based applicants for a full-time position in our core team. We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join our innovative and dynamic company. Your work will play a key role in providing much-needed support to the wider team, assisting us to continue our success as a leading regulatory consultancy, serving medical device manufacturers around the world. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain documentation, coordinate activities, and support compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to regulatory team members
  • Maintain and organise documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Contribute to project management with data entry and maintenance of CRM platform
  • Support the accounts department with client correspondence
  • Coordinate with project leads and IT to facilitate client onboarding
  • Support and work alongside our Office Manager to ensure smooth running of the company HQ

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
