Company Description: Mantra Services Limited is a multi-disciplinary consultancy that provides a range of services in various sectors. Our mission is to deliver quality to our clients while prioritising customer satisfaction, health and safety management, and innovation. We provide a range of services including Utility Mapping and GPR Surveys, 3D Laser Scanning, and Topographical Surveys.

Role Description: This is a full-time role located in Northampton, working on sites covering the entire mainland UK. The candidate will work within a survey team conducting various types of surveys, developing skills by undertaking on-the-job training to gain the knowledge and experience required to progress within the team from experienced surveyors and other associated colleagues. As we work across the UK, occasional overnight, weekend and working away from home will be required.

Qualifications & Experience: Full training and development will be provided from the outset of the appointment. Although previous experience is not always necessary, the candidate must:

  • Have a passion for a career as a surveyor.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Have a desire to learn and work as part of a team environment.
  • Have an appreciation of early mornings and outdoor working in all weathers.
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work away.
  • Right to Work in the UK.

The Rewards: Salary Range £26,000 - £27,000 per annum. Ongoing training and development. Access to company vehicle for business use only. 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increases when working away).
