- Develop and oversee high-quality post-diagnostic support pathways for children, young people and families.
- Deliver specialist therapeutic interventions, consultations and psychoeducation where appropriate.
- Ensure families receive practical recommendations, support and signposting following diagnosis or identification of neurodevelopmental needs.
- Contribute to the development of group programmes, workshops and family support initiatives.
- Promote strengths-based, neuro-affirming and person-centred approaches throughout service delivery.

You will be a confident clinical leader who enjoys developing services, supporting colleagues and finding creative solutions to meet the needs of those accessing our services.
