Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for quality service, preventative maintenance, and technical problem-solving? Do you thrive in an environment where your input directly improves equipment reliability and customer satisfaction?
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all plant equipment within the yard. This is primarily in our main depot in Rushden, however occasional travel will be required. Take ownership of the quality of equipment leaving the yard, ensuring it is fit for purpose. Maintain yard plant and oversee stock control, advising on parts requirements. Support the loading/unloading and safe storage of tower cranes.
Strong background in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally with heavy plant or construction/agriculture equipment. Hands-on problem solver with a right-first-time mindset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support internal teams. Highly organised with a focus on quality and safety. Ability to work independently in a yard-based environment, with flexibility to attend site when needed.
