We are a well-established law firm based in Southwold, renowned for our outstanding legal services and exceptional client care.
We are seeking a motivated Associate, Solicitor or CILEX to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient manner and be experienced in a broad range of matters, including:
- Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Dealing with the administration of Estates
- Preparation of Trusts in estate planning
- All aspects of Inheritance Tax
This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to work within a reputable and friendly law firm.
What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years PQE within Private Client, although we would consider experience outside of this range
- Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs
- Previous experience of estate administration
- An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
