Mantell Associates is an industry backed, multidiscipline global Life Science and Pharmaceutical headhunting firm focused on providing staffing solutions, in particular to the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Large Molecule, Cell & Gene Therapy, CRO & Clinical Operations, Small Molecule, and Life Science Consulting sectors with our headquarters based in the City of London, and offices in Miami and Zug. We are currently hiring for Recruitment Consultants in line with Mantell Associates growth plans for 2025. This opportunity brings with it fast track career progression in a culture dedicated to your personal growth and success. This role will report directly into one of our Team Managers giving you a clear reporting line, immediate support and reducing red tape.

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle, dealing with both candidates and clients – maintaining constant contact from beginning to finish
  • Engaging with clients and candidates daily, maintaining relationships and building leads
  • Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies across our client base.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record (1 year +) in recruitment, in either the contract or permanent capacity
