Recruitment Consultant - Temps/Perm

We are currently hiring for Recruitment Consultants in line with Mantell Associates growth plans for 2025. This role will report directly into one our Team Managers giving you a clear reporting line, immediate support and reducing red tape.

Recruitment Consultant – Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle, dealing with both candidates and clients – maintaining constant contact from beginning to finish
Engaging with clients and candidates daily, maintaining relationships and building leads
Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies across our client base.

Recruitment Consultant – Requirements:
A proven track record (1 year +) in recruitment, in either the contract or permanent capacity
