Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an expanding Medical Devices organisation in their search for a Head of Sales to become part of their strong Commercial team.
Head of Sales – Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce the company\’s sales strategy, in collaboration with the business and Board members, aimed at expanding the company\’s activities beyond its current scope
- Lead and expand the company\’s sales team, in line with the agreed strategy, to surpass business expansion and profitability goals
- Implement global sales strategies that align with the company\’s objectives and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team
- Build and develop a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial sales team
- Identify new strategic business opportunities through targeted prospecting and close new deals
- Foster and develop relationships with new companies and institutions
Head of Sales – Requirements:
- A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field to Life Science
- Extensive working experience in a Sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Possess interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
